VoidForce

Any disputes that cannot be settled in the fighting pits are settled by the VoidForce, for those who cannot protect themselves and/or serve the city. There aren't all too many guards but they are powerful mages in robes and warriors in full plate armor.

It has a guard station close to the center, with holding area for prisoners.
