Campaign Etiquette & Rules
Abstract
Being on time, putting effort into session reports, and other campaign resources is encouraged and will be rewarded!
Rules of Play
- Devices: No big laptops on the table. Be mindful of the space your phone, etc. takes up.
- Art: Credit the artist of your character’s art (including AI art).
- Etiquette: Respect and common sense are key. Sessions in cafes require you to buy at least one drink.
- Participation: Sign up for sessions via the Discord
#🤝lfgchannel. - Cheating: Don’t do it. We log more than you think, and you shouldn’t feel the need to cheat. If you feel left behind or particularly weak, contact a Voidmaster and we’ll see what we can do for you.
General Mechanics (D&D 2024)
- Exhaustion: Rules from 2024 PHB.
- Flanking: Provides a +2 bonus to hit.
- Potions:
- Drinking a potion yourself is a Bonus Action.
- Using an Action to drink a Healing Potion grants the maximum possible effect.
- Potion carry limit = Proficiency Bonus.
- Armor Class: Matching an opponent’s AC deals half damage.
- Homebrew: Items found in sessions are bound to the world they were found in.
Rewards
- Wiki Session Reports: See Session Report Guidelines.
- Punctuality: Being on time rewards you with Half Level in gold pieces (gp) in Pathfinder, and an extra Hero Point in D&D.
