The Shogunate is very sceptical of magic and openly anti-magic.
The capital is Sunshiro, located near Jade Peak.

Agents of The Void must follow these rules in the Shogunate:
- Peace-Binding: Weapons must be peace-bound in Jade Peak and noble districts.
- Crimes: Theft, unauthorized magic, and disturbing customs are punished by banishment or execution.
- Sanctioned Action: Work must be sanctioned by a noble house.
- Hide Magic: They understand we use magic when hiring us, but refrain from using magic, especially on them, when possible.
Helping one house will draw scrutiny from their rivals.
